Always practice breathing exercises in a safe environment. Never practice while driving, swimming, or in situations where loss of consciousness could be dangerous.
Privacy & Donations
Privacy: Inner Breeze is local-first. Session history, habits, and preferences stay on your device unless you choose to connect optional sync. Sync uses a public-key account identifier and sends only the app data needed to mirror your account on the selected server. No analytics, no tracking, and no sale of personal data.
Remote account deletion: Default sync-server accounts can be deleted at Delete Sync Account using the exported inbe-sync.key, which includes the sync public ID. The exported key is used only to prove ownership and complete deletion.
Free & Open Source: This app is completely free with no ads, in-app purchases, or premium features. Development is supported by voluntary donations. Donations are processed outside the sync account system and are not app data.
